The first visit.
Arriving in office an interview with the patient will request the description of symptoms and reasons for coming. Possible existing x-rays will be analyzed. The review will cover the mucous membranes of the mouth, teeth – the presence and condition of existing fillings, their number and distribution, possible presence of hard and soft plaque, gingival margin situation, the presence and depth of periodontal pockets, degree of loose teeth will be detected.
First examination.
The first medical history and clinical examinations are free, our time and our knowledge is directed towards our main goal, “achieving optimal treatment plan and patient satisfaction.” Our staff will explain the treatment plan, estimate, schedule the arrival and arrange appointments according to your capabilities. In the case of absence on weekdays we are at your service on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional services
Facilities of our center are fully customized to the dental care of people with special needs. There is the ramp for the transportation of disabled people on the second floor, office space and sanitary facilities, all designed for patients in wheelchairs. Dentex Dental Center provides dental care through home visits where there is the impossibility of arrival of the patient in the clinic. Services rendered are charged via a standard price list.

Documentation
The center conducts regular checks of maintenance tools and appliances and hygiene and sterilization. The reports are recorded and archived for a period of 5 years. All x-rays and photographs, as well as all written data are stored in digital form and are made available in the digital patient’s file. Orthodontic models are archived in model-library, X-ray images, photographs and written records are archived in digital form.

The treatment plan online
You can send us your status, X-ray or an existing treatment plan from another doctor. The documentation will be analyzed and based on information submitted our treatment plan will be drafted and estimate that will be sent by fax or e-mail.

Guarantees
In addition to high quality and highly professional work, Dentex gives you a certifcate according to strict European standards. The Center provides a guarantee to all of the service, 5 years for ceramic and metal parts, 1 year on acrylic parts, 1 year for the functional components-linkage, 5 years on implants, ie. in the event of a loss, another implantation is performed. The warranty covers the technical part of the denture and not the biological part – state of teeth health, bones and soft tissue. The guarantee for the work performed at our center can be exclusively realized in cases of proper implementation of oral hygiene, following the strict instructions of doctors, the proper use of the denture and conducting regular free check-ups every 6 months.
