Dentsply WeldOne

Dentalsply Weldone concept is a unique way of intraoral welding, based on sophisticated welding titanium wire to an upgrade. Using Weldon devices titanium wire is permanently connected to an upgrade by the precise force in order to achieve optimal welding. Electricity enables fusion among titanium parts in their point of contact and it produces avlasting relationships within a few milliseconds. So welded construction allows current and stable titanium support for temporary or permanent substitutes. Although DENTSPLY patented this system of welding of the implant, this can be applied to other implant systems.
